Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management tool, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mail box accounts and email campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Also, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-response messages and protect your mailbox accounts against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you would like to forward emails from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
